We are in need of the following Volunteer Board Members:

Vice President

• Run meetings and facilitate new/old business votes
• Manage/follow through on new/old business with relevant parties
• Manage office space and contract
• Clean and organize office space
• Onboard new members
• Facilitate personal/specialized deliveries
• Manage insurance account(s)
• Manage organization email
• Managing member attendance/activity and curating board members
• Ordering new backpacks
• Shopping for toys/activities
• Ordering new cards/rack cards (Vista print)
• Training new members
• Coordinate thank you letters for partners and contacts
• Touch base with with partners and contacts on a regular interval

• Schedule deliveries (new and old partners)
• Schedule outreach/tabling events
• Developing new partners and contacts
• Scheduling community packing events
• For each event, write a short description of needs and responsibilities for volunteers

• School District Outreach
• Setting up Community Hours projects
• Scheduling speaking engagements with schools
• Developing partnerships with school districts

Fundraising

• Raising funds
• Physical donations
• Monetary donations
• Collecting and managing donation boxes
• Developing new avenues for donation boxes
• Schedule food fundraisers with local restaurants

Board Member

• Attendance at 3 events per quarter (board meetings, events)
• Turn in onboarding documents
• Voting rights
• Opportunity to apply for organizational position
