Description: We are looking for a dedicated volunteer to assist with maintaining and enhancing our WordPress website, hosted on DreamHost and using Elementor. Our goal is to optimize the site to attract donors and supporters effectively. While our marketing team, Google Ads professional, and consultants provide ongoing suggestions, we need someone experienced in WordPress to implement these changes.

Duties
:

  • Visual Appearance: Make cosmetic edits to improve the site's visual design and layout.
  • SEO: Apply and adjust SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Integrations: Manage and update integrations with third-party tools.
  • Speed: Optimize website performance for faster loading times.
Requirements:
  • Experience with updating WordPress websites.
  • Familiarity with Elementor and DreamHost.
  • Knowledge of SEO and basic coding is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously with clear, written instructions.
Time Commitment: Approximately 5-10 hours per month, with varying weekly hours (3-5 hours some weeks, none in others) for at least 6 months
