You can make a real difference in an older person’s life by joining our Outreach Team! Work alongside other motivated, caring individuals by letting others know of our resources for seniors and help us obtain needed medical equipment and other items that help those who can’t afford them.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach activities to generate qualified leads.
- Input qualified client information info our Intake System.
- Represent Helping Hands in a professional manner and abide by our company code of conduct.
- Maintain confidentiality of information concerning clients and family members; maintains high standards of privacy.
Requirements
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about helping seniors in need.
- Pass background check
- Pass reference check

We are a call center style organization where seniors, or their families, can call to get information about resources that can help improve their quality of life and / or lower their cost of living. We strive to help all seniors regardless of their income, insurance or health condition. We specialize in helping seniors through crisis, find placement, coordinate in-home care and connect to social support in their community.
