Are you looking for a way to make a meaningful impact in the world? Join Pagus:Africa as a board member and help us empower youth in Ghana to be change-makers in their communities. This is a great opportunity to put your skills and passion to help others to work.

Pagus Africa has been working in Ghana since 2005. We have developed a dynamic education and youth development program. Through our programs students discover their talents, build essential skills and gain confidence, and a passion for helping others.

We are seeking a diversified board to assist us to grow our capacity. Most specifically, we hope to find members with organizational, financial and/or fundraising skills. Most important is a willingness to learn and contribute.

As a board member, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the direction of our organization and making a real impact in the lives of young people in Ghana. New members will actively participate on one of our committees and be able to commit 2 or more hours a month to help the organization meet its objectives. Board meetings will be held virtually, 4-6 times a year depending on the needs of the organization.

Members of the board provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. The board's relationship with the executive team is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board is both critical and expected.

Please contact us for more information. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of young people and support the next generation of leaders and change-makers.
