We are DEFEND, a nonprofit looking to reduce risks for kids and vulnerable people online.

We are looking to change laws, put forward/table petitions to the federal and provincial governments across Canada with the sole purpose in fulfilling our mission.
We have a petition ready to serve and other types of lobbying tasks that persons in this position will be responsible for. You will work within our Advocacy Team and only handle garnering good political contacts for our organization.
Serious candidates only. 2-4 hours per week volunteering is ideal. Must have knowledge of the political landscape and speak/read English well.
Plus, all DEFEND team members can set a goal weekly and accomplish that goal, then they will be entered to win a $40 US Amazon gift card; new draw weekly! That's one of the great programs we have for all volunteers/team members.
