Become a Greenwich United Way Reading Champions Volunteer!!

For over the past 12 years, we’ve delivered the largest volunteer driven literacy support program in town.

We currently offer remote sessions for students that can be done safely from home. No experience necessary. We provide full training!

Emerging Greenwich Public School Readers in our program would benefit from your encouragement and guidance!! This can also fulfill a community service requirement.

Here are some benefits:

-Build a relationship with students who benefit from weekly, personalized sessions

-We pair each student with a trained, dedicated volunteer (your choice of day/time)

-We utilize guided repetitive reading

-Year-round program

-You receive all program materials for free

-Each student receives a weekly, 30-minute session, at the same time (btwn 9am and 6pm)
