ORGANIZATION: Sierra Club - Georgia Chapter

The Georgia Chapter of the Sierra Club is looking for a new Chair to lead the Transportation Committee! This role helps us achieve goals of expanded and equitable transit, more sidewalks & trails, and better land use to encourage environmentally-friendly ways of getting around. A few basic responsibilities are:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance on transportation issues for the Chapter
  • Motivate and direct the Transportation Committee
  • Delegate activities related to the Transportation Committee and other Chapter members
