Local award winning Neighbor to Neighbor is seeking incredible volunteers like you! We have several opportunities to choose from when seeking to serve your community! From providing transportation to a medical destination or quality of life community resource to delivering food from a pantry and making a wellness call to an isolated homebound adult to prevent loneliness, YOU can make a huge positive impact on the life of a neighbor.
The best part is how FLEXIBLE your volunteering is here as a part of the Neighbor to Neighbor family! The other benefit is the incredible amount of support you will receive from orientation and training in real time as well as the supplemental insurance and safety through our background checks.
It's MORE THAN just a ride, food delivery or phone call, it's treating and preventing the detrimental effects of loneliness. You and the community members receiving support MATTER!

Description
Neighbor to Neighbor inspires in us the desire to help our fellow Neighbor who is homebound due to age, disability, and/or chronic illness in Brunswick, Horry, Georgetown, and Williamsburg Counties. Neighbor to Neighbor is also committed to serving the veterans in our community.
In the spirit of unselfish love, N2N uses innovative technology and best practices in connecting adults in need with qualified and trained volunteers who provide services, such as transportation to medical appointments and other life enhancing destinations, to promote and maintain independent living.

- Our volunteers love that we are so flexible. Volunteers decide what they want to do, how often they want to do it and where they want to volunteer.
- We offer transportation to seniors to appointments, food pantry deliveries to homebound seniors and weekly phone calls from a friendly volunteer just to say hello.
