As part of our hybrid Fair for 2022, there will be an outdoor awards ceremony and science and engineering expo at Reid Park in Tucson, on Saturday, March 11th from 9:00am-4:30pm. Awards ceremonies will occur at 10:00a and 3:00p at the Georges DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center. When awards are not being presented, families and other attendees can enjoy exhibitors with hands-on activities, food, as well as an insiders' tent, where students who completed research can showcase their digital project.
We are in need of volunteers to sign up to assist exhibitors and attendees throughout this event. Individuals serving in this capacity will need to be ambulatory and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Help us create a rewarding in-person experience for student researchers, families, and community members!

Mission Statement
Our mission is creating Arizona’s future critical thinkers and problem solvers through science and engineering.
Description
Each year, more than 75,000 students throughout Southern Arizona create research projects at their own schools, with the goal of winning a spot at SARSEF. About 2,100 projects, representing more than 4,000 students, are chosen to compete at the TCC - and from there, we select the "best of the best" to honor. Over 400 judges and volunteers come down to help us choose the winning projects.
