Reward yourself while giving back to your community. Volunteer to assist in the kitchen for our Meals on Wheels and Cafe' 60 program.
As our food arrives from our central kitchen, the volunteer will assist in portioning and packaging for the Meals On Wheels routes. For Cafe'60 the volunteer will help with setting tables, portioning and serving food and assisting our senior neighbors who join us for lunch. Work alongside staff and other volunteers. Other work may include: clearing tables, washing dishes, and more!

Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-12:30. The time and date is negotiable.

The Senior Meals Program's mission is to promote wellness by serving nourishing meals in a convenient community location where friendships can be built and community involvement maintained.
Description
The Senior Meals Program operates 11 Cafe 60 dining sites throughout Lane County where seniors over 60 and their spouses to share companionship and a hot, delicious and nutritious mid-day meal. We also deliver Meals on Wheels throughout Lane County.
