ASIAN AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES INITIATIVE

As an AADI graphic designer, you would be a vital member of the AADI community and the Outreach Team, the team that manages all social media outlets. Responsibilities are listed below:

- Designs 1-2 Instagram posts/stories to be shared per week
- Spearheads design projects (ie. "AADI Voices")
- Engages in monthly calls with the AADI Executive Team
- Communicates consistently with the Outreach Committee
- Completes other design-related responsibilities as needed
- Length of role: 6 months (one semester) and open for rehire

We strive to provide the next generation of disabled Asian American leaders with accessible resources so that they can combat anti-Asian racism and ableism in their own communities.

Description

We are a youth-led nonprofit organization aiming to uplifting disabled Asian American voices. We operate in the spirit of intersectionality, creating space to explore the ways in which disability and Asian American identity interact.
