ORGANIZATION: Soldiers' Angels - Seattle

Soldiers’ Angels, a national non-profit that is committed to supporting our military communities, is looking for a Grant Research Volunteer. The Grant Research Volunteer is responsible for assisting the Development Team with locating, researching, and reporting potential grant opportunities to bolster the various programming Soldiers’ Angels supports. This position would work to research qualification, timelines, and funding levels of established grant foundations. This individual would also research companies that offer grant opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for someone that loves finding a needle in a haystack.

Volunteering can be done outside normal business hours.

We are looking for someone that has a positive outlook, can see big picture ideas and connect the dots, enjoys researching, and detail-oriented attitude. The volunteer needs to understands or has a desire to understand how Non-profits get funding.

The Grant Research Volunteer would need to dedicate 3-4 Hours a week to volunteering.
