Help us make the 16th Annual March for Marrow California in Los Angeles the most visible 5K Run & Walk in Southern California on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
March for Marrow LA is now launching it marketing campaign for its 16th event in Los Angeles and Long Beach CA.. We want everyone to be able to participate in the RUN, the WALK or the FUN-d-raising! We have photos, colorful logos and messaging that you can use. You just need to join us every other week on ZOOM between now and Saturday, April 26, 2025, share the work you have done and train our committee in how we can do better on social media.
It helps if you are well versed in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and anything else that we old hats do not know. Most of us are approaching our 80s. We are not tired of supporting the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation, Inc. given our losses as well as our successes. But, we owe it to our patients to find younger and more skilled people to promote our efforts. Bring your gifts to the work!

Founded in 1983, the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation is celebrating 25+ years of service as a recognized and respected leader in patient education, advocacy and research. The AA&MDSIF is supported through individual contributions from grateful patients, families and friends, as well as foundations and corporations.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 16
- Orientation or Training
- Minimum 3 hours a week between now and April 27, 2024. We will provide photos, talking points and messaging. Plan on an hour Orientation before you start to volunteer with us and checking in every 2 weeks to report to the Planning Committee.
- Make sure that you are well versed in Facebook, Instagram, Blue Sky, TikTok and anything else that we old hats do not know. You will have time to train the other Committee Member in social media that they can carry out.
