Interim Hospice is a proud partner of "We Honor Veterans" a nation wide hospice volunteer program. Interim Hospice is actively recruiting "Veterans" to provide in person volunteer visits to our patients who are also Veterans. Veterans share a common bond and this volunteer role is essential in providing care and compassion to our patients who are Veterans. If you are a Veteran and you are looking to give back, Interim Hospice is looking for you. It is vital we provide the best care to our hospice patients and "We Honor Veterans" volunteer program is in need of volunteers.

Description
Hospice care is an integrated program of medical and psychosocial care for terminally ill patients in their last several months of life. It is founded on the belief that the final stages of life should be lived with the greatest degree of comfort and dignity possible.
Interim HealthCare Hospice services offer the best in medical and nursing care, using state-of-the-art symptom management to control symptoms and promote comfort. We believe in enhancing the quality of life when quantity is limited.
