We are looking for very creative and professional videographers to capture our sports and arts teams and create promotional videos for next season.
The videos serve two purposes: to help advertise our program to potential participants; and to serve as audition videos for higher profile events. Here are the teams we need videotaped -
Cheerleading Team (Girls Ages 9 to 15)
Step Team (Girls Ages 12 to 19)
Basketball Team (Boys Ages 12 to 16)
We have allotted 12:30pm to 3:30pm the shoot - but it may not take the videographer that long. The videos will be recorded in a school in Lower Manhattan. The videographer must be based in New York or New Jersey currently.
We ask that candidates have a sample of a video that they have produced in the past. There is opportunity for this videographer to be "hired" (with pay) by us for future projects.

Description
Friends of MJHS ("Friends") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of generating contributions, pledges and funds for the development and ongoing support of Citadel Academy Prep School (CAPS), a school that will provide students in grades 6-8 with a high quality Christian education through a well balanced, yet challenging curriculum that ministers to the spirit, soul and body.
Friends will also provide funds, management and ongoing support of The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company, a character building sports and arts program that will serve all youth regardless of their religious affiliation. The SoulDeevas will include programs that provide activities, resources and support during critical out-of-school time hours in a safe, nurturing environment that works from a strengths-based, youth development perspective.
