Destined for Greatness Outreach Youth Center is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves elementary, middle, and high school students within the Greater Atlanta (Metro)area. We provide mentorship programs, community events, youth empowerment programs, and an after-school tutorial program. Due to the pandemic, we have implemented the virtual tutoring program for all grade levels.
Currently, we are recruiting tutors to assist with the virtual tutoring program. This program will begin effectively January 30th, 2023.
Mondays & Wednesdays
90-minute sessions
One-on-One private tutoring
ACT/SAT Test Prep
Post-Session progress reports sent via email to keep student on track
If you are passionate about youth education and qualified to tutor, please email us. This is an unpaid position but a great opportunity to serve and volunteer.

Description
Destined for Greatness Outreach Youth Center, Inc. (DFGOYC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization developed as a solution to the need for youth empowerment programs within the Greater Atlanta area. Founded in June 2010, DFGOYC provides mentoring programs and the necessary tools to assist the next generation with a place of safety to build character and development goals. DFGOYC programs and services are directed toward at-risk, drop-out and non-at-risk youth to promote community empowerment, personal and professional development and social independence.
DFGOYC provides mentoring, after school tutorial and study, trade school, work study, youth fitness, sports, and music programs for elementary, middle and high school youth (ages 8-21) in the Metro Atlanta area.
