Are you ready for fall? Can't wait for the cool weather, beautiful colors and all things pumpkin spice to return? If yes, we would love to have you help us get ready for fall by volunteering with us at Arc's Value Village in Richfield!
Just giving 2 hours of your time you can make a huge difference for Arc's Value. Volunteers help unpack, sort, and price our merchandise. They also help restock our sales floor. Proceeds from Arc's Value Village and your volunteer efforts support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in our community!
We welcome individuals, groups and kids ages 8+ to volunteer with us. Opportunities are 7 days a week with shifts of 10am - 12pm, 1pm - 3pm and 4pm - 6pm. Opportunities to volunteer are also available at Arc's Value Village in New Hope and Bloomington.

For volunteers, masking is optional at the Arc Value Village thrift stores, but we maintain the right to change that whenever we deem it necessary. Having said that, you can certainly wear a mask if it makes you feel more comfortable. We will not tolerate harassment of people who decide to wear a mask. We also require you to wear close-toed shoes when volunteering to be safe.

The Arc Minnesota is a statewide nonprofit organization that works to promote and protect the human rights of people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Arc helps people navigate systems while working to advance social change centered in justice, equity and belonging in community. Arc's Value Village is a public awareness and revenue generating vehicle for The Arc Minnesota. Arc's Value Village accepts clothing, housewares, art, media, books & related items and sells those items to the community.
