• Identify contacts at non-profit organizations that work with immigrant and refugee students and families.

• Develop partnerships with non-profit organizations that work with immigrant and refugee students and families via telephone and on-line communication such as email and social media to introduce ISSA to target to cultivate relationships.

• Send email’s leads per week to the potential partnership organization.

• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems .(CRM)
