PurritoCoin is currently seeking a special candidate with nonprofit experience to serve on our Board of Directors as Vice President. The ideal candidate will have fundraising abilities and connections to more talent within the nonprofit community. Event planning experience is a plus. Experience with helping animals in any capacity is a plus. A love of animals, especially cats is a must

Specific Responsibilities:

• Run multiple client accounts and projects from concept to execution

• Develop strategic plans and content for accounts across existing and emerging digital platforms and blockchains

• Oversee content creation including reviewing, editing, and providing feedback on client materials

• Participate in business development by assisting in the creation of proposals for pitches

• Manage junior staff members including weekly check-ins, goal setting, participating in reviews, and providing formal feedback

• Recruitment and hiring for roles on the digital team, the ability to spot talent, and conducting hiring interviews

• The ability to lead, work well with others, and maintain a strong morale.

Required Experience and Skills:

• General management abilities with large and diverse teams

• Oversee operations, development, communications, technology, design, network building and partnerships.

• Project management skills

• Excellent planning, analytic and problem-solving skills

• The vision and ability to align PurritoCoins mission and strategy with the day-to-day tasks

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Empathetic, curious, humble, and passionate about helping animals and helping others

• Deep commitment to the PurritoCoins’ mission and understanding the context of our strategy, including some level of familiarity with Wyoming, Crypto politics, and the landscape as a whole

A qualified individual will have 1-3 years experience working with nonprofits at an executive level. The individual in this role must display the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. The individual must have effective communication skills, attention to detail and organization, and flexibility and adaptability. The individual will be thoroughly committed to PurritoCoins’ strategy and mission. All candidates should have demonstrated leadership, coaching, and relationship management experience. All candidates should align deeply with our mission and really make PurritoCoins mission their own; we are all in this together and we fail and succeed together as a team.
