Neighbor to Neighbor Call Program Overview
The Neighbor to Neighbor Call Program provides a way to connect caring community members with people who will benefit from additional social support. The Call Program provides weekly phone calls to aging individuals and individuals with disabilities who are homebound and/or isolated. This program targets our most vulnerable population i.e., Iowans who are "ageing in place," remaining independent and require support services to do so.
