ORGANIZATION: YCORE NETWORK

As a YCore Fellow, you will have the opportunity to support a project for Next Door Solutions (NDS) which is the premier domestic violence agency in Santa Clara County. Since 1971, NDS has helped thousands of survivors and families move out of crisis and violence and into safety, stability, and self-sufficiency. This project will create a robust digital marketing strategy that's inclusive of the diverse population of survivors that could benefit from NDS's services.

Time commitment:

  • 4 months (February 9-June 30, 2022).
  • Bi-weekly workshops after work hours

YCore mobilizes an untapped generation of young professionals aged 23-35 and equips them with the tools to impact their communities for the rest of their lives.

Description

We know young professionals (aged 23-35) want to make an impact-now. In our four-month, after-work program, young professionals gain the tools to become champions for their local community. They complete a project with a local nonprofit; build skills like design thinking and fundraising; learn from industry leaders and join a robust community of changemakers.
