Mission Statement

The Oregon City Farmers Market brings together community, farmers, artisans and educators to celebrate, discover and promote healthy, local, sustainable food as an integral part of a resilient and thriving local economy.

Description

We are a year round farmers market that began with 5 vendors in 2005. We currently operate with 97 approved vendors and average approximately 70 per week depending on what's in season. We serve a large SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) demographic and are grateful to provide matches which all ow our SNAP recipients to receive additional fresh food, thanks to our grants and sponsors. In 2019 we were awarded the best Urban Farmers Market in Oregon from the Oregon Farmers Market Association.
Our goal is to increase diversity and local food access to our community and beyond.
