Job Brief

The Global Citizen Collective is seeking an experienced communications lead to recruit and manage program Ambassadors. The Ambassador Liaison is responsible for growing the organization while providing support to current and prospective Ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with locating and securing state and national Ambassadors to champion global citizenship
• Utilize social media, networking events, personal connections, and other resources to market, promote, and recruit program Ambassadors
• Study and present knowledge of organization programs, eligibility requirements, and guidelines
• Responsible for interviewing, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely manner (Phone, Email, Zoom, Social Media, etc.)
• Attend international and national pageants for program observation and support
• Responsible for cultivating new relationships and nurturing existing relationships
• Succinctly report feedback and concerns to Executive Director and Board of Directors
• Regular reporting on relevant activities through reports and metrics to the Board of Directors
• Ideal candidates will be professional, outgoing, and able to effectively communicate current processes and information while actively listening and soliciting feedback to be used for process evaluation, modification, and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong written and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Ability to work in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
• Must pass background check
• Bilingual a plus
• Must be 25 years of age or older to apply
