Positive Change for Animals is recruiting a YouTube Video Creator and Channel Manager Volunteer.
This opportunity is great for anyone looking for experience working with YouTube as a platform, who may want to someday run their own YouTube channel, and who is passionate about community events that seek to shape a more humane world for all animals.
The volunteer chosen will be invited to PCA events in and around the Worcester County area, in order to film events, highlights of events, or even take short video of community displays like those of our Giving Tree Campaign.
This person would then upload the videos to YouTube, create a short description of how the event helps animals (which PCA can help provide), and send a link of the uploaded video to PCA managers in order for it to be posted on other social media channels.
The ideal volunteer would:
- Have some knowledge of SEO for tagging and title purposes in order to draw more traffic to the videos
- Have video-editing experience
- Or be willing to learn these skills over time independently
-Fancy equipment is NOT a requirement at this time
We look forward to hearing from you, and welcoming you to the PCA community!
Please note many events are small, many are outside, and covid safety precautions are always taken into consideration.

Mission Statement
Positive Change for Animals ("PCA") works to promote animal rights through social and community channels that enable everyday people to make changes in their lives which are conducive to a more humane world.
Description
PCA organizes and sponsors community events which enable people to meet traditional "food" animals, try plant-based foods, engage in art, craft and writing activities designed to enlighten our path, and actively volunteer for animals in need of help at shelters and sanctuaries around the state. Founded in Clinton, MA in 2015, PCA is active in Worcester County, engaging with businesses, local organizations, and community members in projects like the Giving Tree Campaign to raise supplies for farm sanctuaries and animal shelters throughout the holidays, humane education events like our ThanksLiving event at a local farm sanctuary and our programs to teach elementary school aged children about animal care. We provide volunteers and support to farm sanctuaries in the area and are looking for more volunteers for our existing programs as well as for future projects which we may add.
