FWAWS is currently seeking Chat support agents with knowledge of web-based chat services.
- The ideal volunteer would respond to survivors in crises via text messages.
- The individual will be working closely with the executive director and will be in direct contact with survivors in need.
- The ideal chat support agent needs to have an excellent communication style and know how to work with people in crisis
