ORGANIZATION: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Gull Lake Recreation Area is in need of volunteer couples to assist with a variety of tasks around the campground and day use recreation areas. Tasks volunteers may help with include, campground reservations and site cleanup, answering visitor questions, maintaining safe day use areas, completing repair and installation projects, swimming beach and trail maintenance, selling firewood, and assisting the rangers with a variety of other tasks. Work requirement is 20 hours per week. Three positions are open for September - October. The recreation area is located 8 miles north of Baxter, MN in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area Country. Compensation includes onsite full hookups and laundry. Come join us during the fall season and enjoy the stunning colors change through the campground!
