VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR OUR BIRTHDAY PROGRAM!

Bridge is a patient centered hospice that is dedicated to "connecting" our patients and their families to excellent End-of-Life care. We are currently looking for volunteers wanting to assist in our patient birthday program. This opportunity can be either in our office or from home.

Opportunities can include: Generating birthday lists of patients with birthdays each week, sending out patient birthday cards, making birthday phone calls.

We have patients located throughout San Diego county in a variety of settings. Bridge's goal is to ensure that every patient in our care is provided with the best team of people possible, and that includes volunteers!

Our administrative office is located in University City and we are always looking for volunteers wanting to assist in the offices as well!
