Recruiting Organization: Preserving Hometown Experiences Music Fund

This role will be critical to

developing and guiding the culture and performance of Preserving Hometown

Experiences (PHX) Music Fund. They will partner with all leaders to optimize

their performance amongst various leadership competencies including their

ability to give impactful and helpful feedback, mentoring and impacting,

engaging and inspiring others. The Human Resources leader will guide our

Volunteers leader in creating and implementing volunteer recruiting strategies

and partner with the CEO to develop performance feedback tools and processes.

They will also be available to the many volunteers within PHX Music Fund for

feedback and advice.

Desired prior

experiences and skillset: Human

Resources, strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong understanding

of a high performance culture, ability to create and implement new strategies,

recruiting.

Note that this is a volunteer position

that offers a unique opportunity to grow key competencies of influencing and

impacting others as well as engaging and inspiring. Both of these competencies

are key for any leader and the growth of their career. This position reports

directly to the CEO, offering a mentorship opportunity as well.

Preserving Hometown Experiences (PHX)

Music Fund) is a newly formed 501.c.3 organization and as such is looking for volunteers

to shape our foundational capabilities. And also, as this is a volunteer role,

we are open to various time commitments, ideally being able to engage at least

weekly in PHX Music Fund activity.
