Volunteer visits offer patients companionship, boost their self-esteem and decrease loneliness.

Companion volunteering brings a great sense of fulfillment to our volunteers and makes our patients SMILE. You can be that pivotal mark in someone's day that makes all the difference when being faced with some of the most difficult situations. Simply sharing a story may seem so minimal to you, but sharing that same story with a hospice patient may be just the laugh they needed when all else seemed dim.
