Recruiting Organization: Sambhali U.S.
Born with almost no control over how--or with whom--they live their lives, the women and girls of Sambhali are finding ways to leap over barriers based on class, caste, and gender through the programs of the grassroots Indian organization Sambhali Trust. Our team is proud to know the difference each dollar raised will make and honored to tell the stories of the women and girls of Sambhali. Volunteer opportunities exist in the following areas:

Strong writing and project management experience preferred.
- Communications: Creating and disseminating social media content; updating and maintaining our website; writing content for our website and newsletter; other special projects to enhance awareness of our organization. Experience in online marketing, website development, or other areas of communications preferable.
- Finance: Assisting with reporting of donations, state registrations, research of financial matters, analysis of financial statements, insurance issues, and other financial aspects of the organization. Experience in finance and accounting preferred.
- Volunteer Engagement: Conducting outreach efforts to recruit prospective volunteers for Sambhali U.S. and Sambhali Trust through outreach to universities, nonprofit organizations, and other institutions; organizing volunteer orientation and engagement events such as volunteer appreciation day.
