The City on a Hill Free Clinic provides holistic services to meet the medical, nutritional, social, emotional and spiritual needs of uninsured, homeless and medically underserved residents of the central city.
We're in need of compassionate people that would like to help at our Free Health Clinic. We're looking for volunteers to help in our food pantry, serve meal, assist with registration and escort people to different areas based on their needs. We're also in need of registered nurses & doctors that would be see patients, take blood sugar and blood pressure readings. Health Clinic is open the second Saturday of every month and volunteers are needed from 10:00am-4:30pm.
In addition to the array of medical services, the City on a Hill Free Clinic provides a complement of social services to meet basic needs, such as groceries and hygiene kits. Visitors also enjoy a hot meal and a place for socialization to develop a sense of safety and belonging. We are looking for people who have a heart for the poor and desire to make a difference.
