Recruiting Organization: Preserving Hometown Experiences Music Fund

This leader will be responsible for

creating educational programs for musicians as well as create solutions to link

musicians to the care (mental health, medical, dental etc) that they need to

lead healthy lives. A large part of this role will be reaching out to community

professionals in the needed area of expertise and engaging them to help us

bring these programs to musicians. This leader will also facilitate live

educational sessions with respective experts.

Desired prior

experiences and skillset: Non-profit

programs, program development, social work, knowledge of healthcare or ability

to network with healthcare/social workers, program coordination, online

facilitation of meetings/discussions, strong interpersonal skills, strong

written and verbal skills.

Note that this is a volunteer position

that offers a unique opportunity to grow key competencies of influencing and

impacting others as well as engaging and inspiring. Both of these competencies

are key for any leader and the growth of their career. This leader will partner

with all organizational leaders to enable PHX Music Fund to fulfill its

mission. This position reports directly to the Grants Program Director,

offering a mentorship opportunity as well.

Preserving Hometown Experiences (PHX)

Music Fund) is a newly formed 501.c.3 organization and as such is looking for

volunteers to shape our foundational capabilities. And also, as this is a

volunteer role, we are open to various time commitments, ideally being able to

engage at least weekly in PHX Music Fund activity.
