Volunteer - Executive Assistant

You will be joining us at a crucial stage of product development, we are launching a new brand. And require a confident Executive Assistant to work remotely and liaise and assist with tasks around the core product development. This opportunity would best suit someone who can be and is prepared to work with a company from the ground up to establish the company’s credentials.

The role will include the following:

• Research and development of product and service lines

• Build engagement and maintain stakeholder’s commitment

• Working with web designers and content creators, whilst proactively adding value

• Write edit and oversea online content

• Being proactive with social media campaigns, updating and managing the presence across platforms

• Being present on conference calls to capture the content in line with the agenda and designated outcomes

• Identify and execute initiatives which strengthen the position as the voice for the African and Caribbean community within the UK and Globally

• CRM setup and maintenance

• Sourcing members and stakeholders and ability excellent networking ability

• Organising and identifying key processes to maximise efficiency at all times.

• Assisting with the project management of company to meet the launch date,Creating SPO’S essential for the company

• Ad hoc VA organisational tasks including but not limited to: research, interpreting and organizing data, organising calendars, responding to emails, and proactively working within the start-up environment to assist with ongoing deliverables, where possible.
