Volunteers in the Benefits in Action Food Delivery Program pick up food from our warehouse and then deliver boxes of non-perishable and fresh foods to home-bound individuals in the Metro Denver area. Drivers are provided a route and take the food boxes to individual residences. There is no direct client contact as food is left at the door step. Volunteers must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds and climb stairs for this position. Callers work virtually and make confirmation calls to our recipients to ensure that they receive the food they need.
