Title: Program Manager of Volunteers

A rare opportunity for a volunteer to learn how management and teamwork works.

About us: Strategies Enrichment And Learning S.E.A.L. is a nonprofit organization based in New York, which provides therapeutic enrichment programs to children.

Program Manager will offer support and assist the Director by:

• Conducts interviews
• Trains of some new staff/volunteers
• Does check ins of staff, watches videos of programs/classes, takes notes, and provides feedback and reminders to staff.

Role/Job Description: This is a virtual volunteer position, so it can be done remotely, and it is an entry-level position. Supports and works with our volunteers.

Commitment: 2 or 4 hours per week. 5 or 10 months.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading a project, for example at school, or experience running a student club, or other is required.
• You must be able to play/work well with others (and be able to demonstrate this)
• Very organized
• Attention to details

Schedule: Flexible
