Recruiting Organization: Advocates for Immigrants in Detention Northwest
AIDNW urgently needs a volunteer or volunteers with some marketing communications knowledge to help promote our upcoming Giving Tuesday campaign. The campaign launches November 8, runs three weeks, and culminates November 30 (Giving Tuesday). Our goal is to raise $30,000 to meet our budget needs. We need one or two people who would like to express their creativity in copywriting and content creation, with some knowledge on how to select and use photos from our Flickr site. The immediate need is to create a series of three (one per week) motivating awareness emails to our large mailing list of AIDNW donors, supporters and volunteers. Currently, the emails are text only, and do not use any particular e-mailing software; they do not include graphic design. There is also a need to create posts on the AIDNW Facebook and Instagram sites during the three campaign weeks. The campaign will run Nov. 8 to Nov. 30 (Giving Tuesday). The campaign page and website integration is being done by a Fundraising Committee volunteer and will be ready to promote by Nov. 8, the campaign start day. The volunteer(s) will work together with the Fundraising Committee volunteer to synchronize the campaign messages. Please let Deborah Cruz, our program manager - dcruz@aidnw.org -, know as soon as possible if you are able and willing to volunteer your time and talent to meet this need. Thank you!
