Responsibilities:

Let’s Talk Pay Equity Video Series

• Responsible for production of video episodes and upload
• Responsible for mastery of Final Cut Pro and other software
• Responsible for identifying improvements/innovations in software
• Basic ability to speak and/or write in Spanish preferred

Time/Professional Commitment

• Attendance once a week at Group Meetings
• 5-10 hours per week, ability to work on own time
• Early communication if time frame cannot be met
• Timely response to all emails - ideally within 2 hours if during workday. By 10:00 AM next business morning if sent over the weekend or after hours
• At least 30 days notice if must leave PCSW employment
• Full time or part time
• Location: Position is currently fully virtual

Skills

• Excellent Final Cut Pro and other production software skills
• Excellent word, power point, email, excel, and other software skills
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL - excellent proofreading, writing, grammar, and formatting attention to detail
• Creativity, voice and insight: able to reflect the PCSW and have judgment about building the brand
• Self sufficient and independent worker, great time management
• Deadline execution oriented
• Team player: able to work in a collaborate, flat organization
• Interested in proving self and taking on more responsibility as proves self on tasks
• Passion for the PCSW mission
• Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging yet supportive environment
