Did you know that there are thousands of foods and herbs that can impact our mental health in positive ways? CrowdDoing is a global virtual collaboration to research medicinal foods for stress, sleep and anxiety. Our project has the goal of advancing integration across fields of research and to build medicinal foods literacies in the population. We're recruiting virtual volunteer service learning project managers.


This role is for Medicinal Foods, Medicinal Foods Service Learning Micro-Leadership Project Management. CrowdDoing aims to make each role flexible, allowing you to become engaged according to your own schedule. Marketing Volunteer Summary Marketing Senior Marketing Volunteer

We are seeking a creative, driven, and energetic marketing officer to become a part of our growing marketing team. Candidate should have previous marketing experience in creating effective brand strategies and advertising campaigns, as well as an eye for detail and design.


We are seeking an inventive, experienced marketing specialist to join our growing business.


In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with day-to-day support and creative asset execution. Working with other team members, you will manage all creative assets to ensure alignment with the sales and customer service groups. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must.


Marketing Specialist Volunteer Duties and Responsibilities

Work with advertising and media agencies with day-to-day support and execution of creative deliverables

Manage print and digital asset inventory to ensure creative alignment across all marketing channels

Lead execution of approval process, including uploading of all final marketing and creative assets

Seek out collaboration and buy-in from stakeholders to develop the most effective communication assets

Work with marketing operations to develop and respond to design requests.

Provide support for social/community content to ensure alignment with broader brand/product strategy.

Assist in overall monthly and campaign level reporting of marketing KPI performance vs. goals.

Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing campaigns and materials are in compliance.

Manage organization of strategy documents, creative assets, and meeting materials/agendas

Marketing Volunteer Specialist Preferred Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

3-5 years of marketing or marketing communications experience

Previous agency experience preferred

Experience with websites and graphic design preferred (Photoshop, WordPress, social media, etc.)

Excellent oral and written communication; strong public speaking skills
