We have a volunteer opportunity for anyone who loves the Lord and wants to serve Him!

Opportunities are available year round, including:

Summer Team Member (teen/preteen), Summer Team Leader, Camp Volunteer, General Volunteering or Youth Group Spring Break Projects at our Florida base (1 week to several months), Short Term or Gap Year Volunteer at one of our overseas bases, and Full Time Staff positions (all Staff are faith supported missionaries).

One of our primary goals is Training Tomorrow’s Missionaries Today. We believe firmly that young people around the world can catch a vision for missions as a career if they are exposed to the needs around them. No matter where in the world these young people are from, it is our desire to point them towards missions and equip them to carry out that call. We strive toward this goal in 19 countries, where we have 32 bases, 27 (free) Bible Schools, 33 Rescue Units (ministering to orphans in remote villages), and 7 Matron's Units (providing safe housing for girls who have to leave their village to complete high school). We run 30 programs worldwide to train and then send teen missionaries to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serve through various projects. Teams may serve in construction, evangelism, music, drama, sports, etc.

After hours, Florida base volunteers (non-summer program) can canoe in our lakes, swim in our pool, visit nearby beaches, and enjoy other local attractions. We are 10 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach, and 45 minutes from Disney World.
