Seeking volunteers to provide mentoring to youth in the Greater Bridgeport Area. Research indicates that youth engaged in a consistent mentor relationship can develop a positive adult-youth connection which helps to foster resiliency and hope, especially in vulnerable and system involved youth.
- Individuals must be at least 20 years of age and willing to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per month
- Mentor support and training offered throughout the match
- Initial application and background check required
