Recruiting Organization: Preserving Hometown Experiences Music Fund

The Social Media Liaison will work

with the Social Media team and the Marketing Director to spur community

engagement with Preserving Hometown Experiences (PHX) Music Fund through

creating and posting relevant content on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The

liaison will have advance knowledge of all PHX Music Fund events, activities,

goals and initiatives. Tracking and reporting on various engagement statistics

on the social media platforms will be key to providing needed insights to the

Donor Manager and Marketing teams to be able to further engage the community. Ability

to attend events, take photos/video of events/musicians/community happenings a

plus.

Desired prior

experience and skillset: Social

media experience, understanding of social media tools and data, ability to

create motivational, engaging and well written content, ability to plan,

ability to photograph and take/edit video a plus.

Note that this is a volunteer position

that offers a unique opportunity to grow key competencies of influencing and

impacting others as well as engaging and inspiring. Both of these competencies

are key for persons looking to grow their career. This position reports directly

to the Marketing Director, offering a mentorship opportunity as well.

Music Fund) is a newly formed 501.c.3 organization and as such is looking for

volunteers to shape our foundational capabilities. And also, as this is a

volunteer role, we are open to various time commitments, ideally being able to

engage at least weekly in PHX Music Fund activity.
