Recruiting Organization: Public Allies Arizona

JOIN THE MOVEMENT

Public Allies Arizona is changing the face and practice of leadership throughout Arizona communities by demonstrating our conviction that everyone can lead, and that lasting change results when citizens of all backgrounds step up, take responsibility, and work together.

We are currently seeking young activists, creators, aspiring entrepreneurs, civic engagers, and dreamers to take charge in their communities. We offer a 10-month, full time PAID apprenticeship program within local nonprofits and state agencies aimed at advancing social justice and equity by engaging and activating the leadership of all young people.

Hustle PHX encourages the creation of sustainable business ventures that affirm the dignity of people and lead to the flourishing of all communities in Phoenix.

The Ally will recruit and retain volunteers in order to help in the work capacity of the Director of Business Development and other program managers in their daily tasks. The Ally will help with building the Volunteer policies and procedures, develop a CRM system and automate the onboarding and the lifecycle of the volunteers at Hustle PHX. Additionally, the Ally will help to develop a volunteer curriculum for ongoing training and facilitation. Using a volunteer management platform, the Ally will leverage and build out a system and develop steps, procedures, and resources for the volunteer intake, onboarding and recognition process to make it easier for people who are interested in volunteering as the organization grows.
