ORGANIZATION: Idealist.org

Recruiting Organization: Friends of Willow River & Kinnickinnic State Parks

Monday, August 9 at 8:30am. Meet at the Willow River State Park Nature Center.

Join park staff and fellow volunteers on a clean-up effort designed to show the reality of human impact on this beloved park and to help spread awareness of the "Carry in, Carry out" WI State Park Law. We’ll begin at the Nature Center, where we will hike to the Willow Falls and back (4 miles round trip), cleaning as much trash as we can along the way. We will provide trash bags, gloves and a free day pass for volunteers.
