Recruiting Organization: Virtual Teach & Learn

Virtual Teach & Learn hopes to launch a Podcast in 2022. Being an organization that aims to educate K-12 students, we hope to create a variety of content that would benefit a wide range of grades. The main aim of the podcast is yet to be decided, but we look forward to hearing your ideas!

Responsibilities

• Editing the audio
• Tuning, mixing, adjust levels, etc
• Removing background noises, edit out the "uhhs," "umms," and awkward pauses
• Arrange the podcast by adding intros, outros, ads, and any other segments
• Adding sound effects, background music, or other clips
• Attending monthly meetings and meetings hosted by the Podcast director

Requirements

• Familiarity and proficiency with audio-editing softwares
• Ability to learn to quickly use new software/s
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback
• High school student, post-secondary student, or youth
• Proficient English-speaking skills

• By applying, you are committing yourself to at least 6 months in this position, if you are chosen
