Open Architecture NY is a 100% volunteer run non-profit that connects designers with community organizations to provide pro-bono design and design-build services. We believe that everyone deserves a well-designed environment. We strive to collaborate with local organizations to develop and implement community-based designs that enrich our neighborhoods.
We are searching for a Co-Managing Director with the vision to lead us into the future. Someone who is aligned with our goal of approaching our work with a racial equity lens. Someone who is a strong communicator able to forge lasting relationships with our community partners and also connect with our volunteer teams. And of course, has a passion for community-based design!
