Recruiting Organization: The Together Plan
Checking non-urgent charity email accounts, answering general enquiries to the charity, adding people to our database, coordinating meetings. Get to know the ethos of the charity and help facilitate internal discussions. Help ensure various projects are moved forward in a timely fashion.
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Highly organised
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Computer literate
- Good attention to detail
- Good time management
- Communicative and friendly
- Quick learner
All system-specific knowledge will be provided through training.
- 6+ months
- Approximately six hours a week including regular scheduled check-ins with the CEO.
- Some of this role can be performed outside of regular office hours.
