Preserving Hometown Experiences (PHX)

Music Fund aims to effectively engage and inspire available donors to provide

donations to us to allow us to fulfill our mission. This role will be key in

defining donor engagement strategies. These strategies include outreach (email,

social media etc) campaigns, marketing campaigns and events. This role will

also monitor our performance and analyze data to determine ways to optimize

performance.

Desired prior

experiences and skillset: Connectivity

to large and small corporations, ability to engage Senior giving leaders at

corporations, business sales, ability to shape a sales story/messaging, strong

interpersonal and communication skills, strong writing skills, partnership and

collaboration with other leaders.

Note that this is a volunteer position

that offers a unique opportunity to grow key competencies of influencing and

impacting others as well as engaging and inspiring. Both of these competencies

are key for any leader and the growth of their career. This position reports

directly to the Revenue Director, offering a mentorship opportunity as well.

Music Fund) is a newly formed 501.c.3 organization and as such is looking for volunteers

to shape our foundational capabilities. And also, as this is a volunteer role,

we are open to various time commitments, ideally being able to engage at least

weekly in PHX Music Fund activity.
