International Veggie Challenge - Digital Coach

Save to Favorites

Recruiting Organization: ProVeg

More than 400,000 people have already joined the free Veggie Challenge, a 30-day challenge to try a more plant-based diet. Participants pick a challenge (30 days less meat, 30 days vegetarian, or 30 days vegan) and start learning about the colourful rainbow of new flavours that more plants in your diet can bring. ProVeg helps along the way with free tips, recipes and coaching. Participants can keep track of their diet, and earn rewards like badges and advanced recipes.

The Veggie Challenge was deployed in multiple languages. This position is for the English/international challenge, serving mainly participants from UK, US, and SA, but also in smaller numbers, participants from around the world. Questions can be asked via email and via the Facebook group. The Veggie Challenge Coach will monitor the Facebook group and email inbox and respond to messages from participants, these can be generic questions, diet related, generic feedback or thank you messages. Based on your thorough understanding of veganism, you can help both people who are just starting out with a few days less meat per week, and people who are deep diving into their first few days of plant based eating. You'll also help people with questions about the challenge emails, (basic) technical questions, or questions about features in the app. You'll moderate the Facebook group, make sure no group rules are being violated, and will accept submission requests to the group. You're also occasionally in touch with other colleagues, (like the Veggie Challenge coordinator) to discuss improvements or specific issues. If you like, stimulate the Facebook group by posting questions or updates occasionally.

In a nutshell, you'll coach and support the Veggie Challenge participants to higher levels, increasing the chances they complete the Challenge and alter their diet to a more plant based one.
