Recruiting Organization: Union Station Homeless Services
We are looking for a volunteer who has an understanding of wellness practices, specifically mindfulness, stress-management, and anxiety reduction. The volunteer should have the ability to guide a group of 5-10 residents in various wellness exercises (one a session). Should be able to clearly communicate instructions, lead a discussion on the benefits of wellness, and provide useful resources for our residents to individually continue.
Volunteer need to:
- Be at least 25 years or older
- Provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19
- Be able to provide a 6-month commitment
- Be available every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
