The Environment Project is hiring for 5-6 software engineers to join our growing application team to help develop, execute, and improvise the organization's various application systems & data.


About the Organization: The Environment Project is a youth-led nonprofit based in NYC that works to empower and educate the next generation of climate leaders to make socially impactful in their local communities.


About the Job: This is an unpaid contract-based position. As a staff member, you will be reporting to the Application Team Lead and Director of System Integration. On a daily basis, you will code & develop software using React.Js, Node.Js, and other coding techniques.


Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in React.Js
  • Prior experience in Node.js
  • Prior experience in Computer programming
  • Fluency in a 2nd language asides from English a plus
